2. Services Provided

Mindvibes AB offers:

• Online courses / Digital products
• Breathwork and meditation sessions
• Healing workshops
• Ceremonies
• Conscious community events
• Venue rental for similar activities

3. Prices & Currency

• Events and workshops are priced in SEK.
• Digital products and online courses (including Creality) are priced in USD.
• The applicable currency is always shown at checkout before payment.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Payments AI and Stripe.

4. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.

• All cancellations and refunds follow our separate Refund Policy.
• By purchasing a service or product, you agree to the conditions set forth in that policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

By participating in any Mindvibes activity, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being.
• You must ensure that the practice is suitable for you.
• You must provide accurate contact information during booking.
• Mindvibes AB may advise against participation for safety reasons (certain medical conditions etc.).

6. Changes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Mindvibes AB reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule an event due to:

• Illness
• Too few participants
• Technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or a new date.

7. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All digital content provided by Mindvibes AB — including audio journeys, videos, guides, images, and course materials — is protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Upload
• Share
• Distribute

…any content without written permission from Mindvibes AB.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mindvibes AB is not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages

Use of digital content and participation in events is at your own responsibility.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes may be referred to:

• The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
• A Swedish court
